Collection Sharing

Two types of sharing

1. Story sharing (all plans):

• Share individual stories with anyone
• Recipients get view-only access
• They can read but not edit
• They can ask questions (one for free users)

2. Collection collaboration (Family Plan only):

• Share entire collections with collaborators
• Collaborators can add stories
• Everyone contributes and sees all content
• Full collaborative features

To share a collection

1. Open the collection
2. Tap "Share"
3. Choose collaborators (Family Plan) or generate link
4. Send to recipients

Privacy control

• All sharing requires explicit action from you
• Nothing is shared by default
• Revoke access anytime
• Track who has access to what

View-only sharing

Share a collection link without collaboration:

1. Open collection
2. Tap "Share"
3. Generate view-only link
4. Anyone with link can read stories

View-only recipients:

• See all stories in the collection
• Cannot add or edit stories
• Cannot see collaborator names
• Must create account to ask questions

Collaborative sharing (Family Plan)

Invite people to contribute:

1. Open collection
2. Tap "Collaborators"
3. Invite by email
4. They get full access to add stories

Collaborators can:

• Add their own stories
• See everyone's stories
• Ask and answer questions
• Get full Storyteller+ features in this collection

Managing access

To remove a collaborator:

1. Open collection
2. Tap "Collaborators"
3. Find the person
4. Tap "Remove"
5. They lose access immediately

To change sharing settings:

1. Open collection settings
2. Change privacy level
3. Update who has access
4. Save changes
