Payment or Billing Issues
If your subscription doesn't activate
- Check that payment completed in your Apple account
- Log out and log back in
- Restart the app
- Contact support if access doesn't restore within 1 hour
If you're charged incorrectly
- Contact Apple Support for billing disputes
- Contact MemoryWeaver support for account access issues
- We can verify your subscription status
Common payment issues
Payment declined:
- Check your payment method in Apple ID
- Verify card has funds
- Update expired card
- Try different payment method
Subscription not showing:
- Log out and log back in
- Restart app
- Check Apple subscriptions
- Wait 1 hour for system to update
Charged but no access:
- Verify payment in Apple subscriptions
- Log out and back in
- Contact support with:
- Your email address
- Payment confirmation
- Screenshot of Apple subscription
Wrong tier activated:
- Check which tier you selected
- Cancel and resubscribe to correct tier
- Contact support for assistance
Verifying your subscription
On iPhone:
- Open Settings
- Tap your name
- Tap Subscriptions
- Find MemoryWeaver
- Verify active status
In app:
- Open Settings
- Tap Subscription
- See current plan
- Verify features match tier
Getting refunds
Apple subscriptions:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with Apple ID
- Find MemoryWeaver
- Request refund
Web subscriptions:
- Email support@memoryweaver.app
- Include account email
- Explain reason
- Response within 24 hours
