Downgrading My Account

Downgrading Your Account

To downgrade

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Tap "Subscription"
  3. Select a lower tier
  4. Confirm the change

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep your current features until then.

What happens after downgrade

After downgrade, collections with collaborators remain viewable but you lose coordinator abilities. Stories remain accessible but advanced features become locked.

What you keep:

  • All your stories
  • All your recordings
  • All your collections
  • Access to shared collections

What changes:

  • Limited AI questions per story
  • No advanced tone options
  • No entity recognition
  • No collaboration features (if downgrading from Family Plan)
