Billing Questions - Apple

Managing your subscription through Apple

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Find MemoryWeaver
  5. Manage or cancel from here

Billing

  • Charges appear as "MemoryWeaver" on your Apple invoice
  • Billing happens through your Apple ID payment method
  • Contact Apple Support for payment issues
  • Contact MemoryWeaver support for account access issues

Refunds

  • Apple handles all refund requests
  • Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
  • Sign in with your Apple ID
  • Find your MemoryWeaver subscription
  • Request a refund

Common billing issues

Charged twice: Contact Apple Support. Duplicate charges are handled by Apple.

Subscription not activating: Check that payment completed in your Apple account, then log out and log back in to MemoryWeaver.

Wrong amount charged: Verify your plan tier in Settings > Subscription. Contact Apple Support if the charge doesn't match.
