App Crashes or Freezes
If the app crashes
- Force close the app completely
- Reopen it
- Check for app updates in the App Store
- Restart your phone if crashes continue
If the app freezes during recording
- Your recording is saved automatically
- Close and reopen the app
- Find the recording in your draft stories
- Continue from where you stopped
If problems persist
- Check your iOS version (we require iOS 15 or higher)
- Free up storage space (recordings need space)
- Reinstall the app (your data stays in the cloud)

Common causes
Low storage:
- Check available storage on your phone
- Delete old photos or apps
- Recordings need space to save
Outdated iOS:
- Update to iOS 15 or higher
- Older versions may not work properly
Outdated app:
- Check App Store for updates
- Always use the latest version
Before contacting support

- Force close and reopen

- Restart your phone
- Check storage space
- Try recording a short test
If none of these work, contact support with:
- Your iOS version
- What you were doing when it crashed
- How often it happens
- Screenshots if possible
